As other people have pointed out, this only stops you from monetizing the video. The artist/record label will automatically take the creator's cut. Trust me, it's happened to me on some of my amvs/edits. And it was no big deal. I don't even get a cut normally as my channel is unmontized, I just had to turn adds on for that video (and turning adds off for unmontized videos is an option YouTube took away recently). This is as opposed to a lets player coming across copyrighted music in a game.
But the scary part (other than the blatant attempt to avoid accountability) is that I absolutely know where this cop got this tactic, without fully understanding it. Because I've seen multiple lefty posts about doing this to right wing streamers. And for them, it really does spoil their footage. But it only works on your Kaitlyn Bennet types. It's bunk if the uploader isn't doing this professionally and/or doesn't care if the video is monetized. Recordings of "debates" with college students are a whole different class of thing from videos of police abuse. It's just a reminder that cops can see all these publicly made tactics posts.

honestly even when the pandemic is over (whenever the fuck that happens), there are still gonna be thousands of people disabled bc of what covid did to their lungs, brains, kidneys, etc and we’ll probably see ourselves suffering another eugenics movement bc thats literally what happened after spanish flu, ppl were disabled and dipshits were like “these Unfit Unwell ppl are a drain on our resources”
Hi I’m one of these people! Covid gave me ME/CFS and POTS, made my (probably pre-existing) EDS much worse, and caused part of my spine to fucking dislocate (because of the inflammation combined with the EDS).
Please hold people accountable for saying eugenics type shit, including “people need to work for money,” “disabled people are taking up resources,” and “disabled people shouldn’t have kids.”
I’m usually pretty flexible about player character backgrounds, but I draw the line at “is secretly Rasputin”. If your character is or has ever been Rasputin, they are not welcome at this table.

All the athletes, refs, audience, and commentators are marbles. Each marble is named, theres intricately made stages and a back log of events to watch leading up to this year.
Theres even stop motion Opening and Closing ceremonies.
The creator is autistic and channels the special interest energy into this whole enterprise and you can FEEL the care he puts in. So, personally, i felt a lot of same hat in how the marbles are portrayed. I just really vibe with it.
